How to place an order?
Your purchases are easy and convenient! We strive to make the ordering process as comfortable and efficient as possible for you.

We are ready to take your orders from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
How long does the delivery of custom-ordered goods take
Sometimes the situation requires ordering goods from abroad. In such a case, the arrival time to Ukraine usually takes from 3 to 5 days. Another day is spent on checking and sending to the customer. The delivery times for any custom-ordered goods are always discussed personally with the buyer.
Can I pick up the goods myself to avoid paying for delivery?
You have the option to pick up the goods yourself, avoiding delivery costs. The pickup address is 42-D, Winston Churchill Street, Kyiv. Please coordinate this in advance with our manager, as some of the goods are in the warehouse and require delivery to the pickup point before your arrival.
How much is the delivery cost and cash on delivery?
The rates for Nova Poshta services are regularly reviewed and may increase. As of today, the cost of shipping an item weighing from 0.5 to 2 kg is 70 UAH for city branches, 90 UAH for towns and urban-type settlements, and 60 UAH for delivery within Kyiv. The shipping cost is also influenced by the amount of insurance for the goods. If your purchase is a high-value item and its insurance exceeds 500 UAH, the cost of delivery will correspondingly be higher. Additionally, the total delivery cost is affected by the money transfer service: 2% of the item’s value plus a fixed fee of 20 UAH. Valuable items sent by mail are fully insured for their declared value.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship products worldwide, with the exception of Russia, Belarus, Eritrea, North Korea, Syria, and India. Delivery is handled by “UkrPoshta” and “DHL” services.
Can I return the product?
You can always return the product within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order. Along with the product, be sure to include the payment document (original cash receipt or its copy). The returned product must be absolutely new, in the original packaging, with an impeccable appearance, without any odors or signs of use (retained tags, labels, etc.).
Can the product be exchanged?
You can always exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order. The exchange procedure is only available if the amount of the new order equals the price of the product being returned. Exchange with a surcharge or partial refund is not possible. You always have the option to return the product and place a new order. The product eligible for exchange must be absolutely new, in the original packaging, with an impeccable appearance, without any odors or signs of use (retained tags, labels, etc.).
Who pays for the shipping of the product in case of return or replacement?
In the case of returning a product due to a defect that is a manufacturing flaw from the brand, the seller covers the return shipping costs. However, if the return is initiated by the customer’s personal choice (e.g., incorrect size, color, etc.), the cost of return shipping or exchange is paid by the buyer.
What is the refund process?
Refunds are processed after we receive your return shipment. Upon receiving the return, we thoroughly inspect the item. If the product meets the specified return conditions and retains all necessary factory elements (tags, seals), the refund is processed within three business days.
All necessary information is transferred to the finance department, and the funds are automatically returned to the card you used for payment on the website, through the LiqPay/Apple Pay/Google Pay system, or similarly if the payment was made using full banking details.
Is there a warranty on the products?
The warranty period provided by our store is up to 14 days from the moment of sale. Manufacturer’s warranty for optics and licensed goods is provided separately. The warranty service procedure is carried out based on the completed warranty certificate that you receive from our store, in the specialized service center owned by the manufacturer.
Do you offer discounts for military personnel and volunteers?
Yes, we offer discounts for military personnel and volunteers upon presentation of relevant credentials verifying your status. The discount terms are discussed individually, depending on the volume of orders you place.
